Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CycleVisions Motorcycle Services website and any services or communications provided by CycleVisions. By booking an appointment, requesting service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

 

Service Requirements

To book a service or schedule an appointment with CycleVisions:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

     

  • You must provide accurate contact information and vehicle details.

     

  • For performance upgrades or custom work, a deposit may be required before work begins.

     

What’s Included with Your Service

Each service may include:

  • A diagnostic review (as applicable to the service type).

     

  • Labor and parts as outlined in your estimate or service quote.

     

  • Updates regarding your service status, either by phone, text, or email.

     

Customers will receive clear communication on services provided, estimated timelines, and any necessary maintenance responsibilities once the bike is returned.

 

Parts & Fuel Policy

  • Fuel is the customer’s responsibility for any test rides post-service.

     

  • Parts used in repairs or upgrades are either OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts unless otherwise discussed.

     

  • Custom-ordered parts or specialty components may require full payment upfront and are non-refundable once ordered.

     

 

Customer Maintenance Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Check oil levels and other fluid conditions regularly after service.

     

  • Notify CycleVisions immediately if an issue arises after a repair.

     

  • Follow all recommended service intervals for the continued performance and warranty of your motorcycle.

     

Negligence in maintenance following service (e.g., ignoring low oil levels or overheating) may void any implied service guarantee.

 

Motorcycle Substitution (Demo Bikes or Loaners)

CycleVisions does not offer loaners or demo bikes unless explicitly stated. If a customer is allowed to test a demo unit or ride a modified project, CycleVisions reserves the right to substitute the bike or cancel demo access without notice.

 

Deposits & Service Authorizations

For large-scale repairs, custom builds, or high-performance upgrades:

  • A deposit may be required to begin work or order parts.

     

  • Deposits are non-refundable once custom work or orders are initiated.

     

  • All work must be authorized in writing or by electronic confirmation (email, text, form).

     

 

Service Limitations & Restrictions

CycleVisions is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing mechanical issues not identified during the initial inspection.

     

  • Performance issues caused by third-party modifications or poor prior work.

     

  • Any damage caused by misuse, racing, or operating outside manufacturer specifications.

     

 

Return of Vehicle

Once a service is complete:

  • The customer will be contacted to arrange pickup.

     

  • Vehicles must be picked up within 5 business days unless otherwise arranged.

     

  • A storage fee may apply for bikes left beyond 5 business days after notification of completion.

     

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

     

  • Deposits for custom work or parts orders are non-refundable.

     

  • No refunds will be given for work that was approved and completed unless an issue is determined to be caused by CycleVisions workmanship.

     

 

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash

     

  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express

     

  • Contactless payment options (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

     

Checks are not accepted. Full payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise arranged.

 

Pricing & Surcharges

  • All estimates are subject to parts availability and current pricing.

     

  • Additional charges may apply for expedited service, rush orders, or special requests.

     

  • Prices may change without notice due to supply chain fluctuations.

     

 

Environmental Compliance

CycleVisions complies with all state and local environmental regulations regarding the disposal of oils, filters, and hazardous materials. A nominal environmental surcharge may be applied to each invoice to help offset these compliance costs.

 

Booking Terms

  • Appointments are required for all services unless stated otherwise.

     

  • Estimates are provided before service begins, and approval is required to proceed.

     

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

     

 

Liability & Insurance

  • Customers must carry their own motorcycle insurance and registration for any bikes brought in for service.

     

  • CycleVisions is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, theft, or natural disaster.

     

  • Our insurance covers facility-related liability only.
